Shipping & Returns

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refunds due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at



As we work diligently to ensure the quality of our products. We ask that you allow 1-3 business day to process  and ship all orders. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.


Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at check out once it becomes available.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 8632 S Sepulveda Blvd Los Angeles CA 90045 Suite 101. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
