LASHES
“They used way too much glue!”
This is one of the worst things that can happen! It's usually because the lash artist uses the wrong glue, or doesn’t have the skills to apply the lashes properly.
I am a licensed esthetician that is certified 3x in lash extensions with 3 years of experience, and I use minal glue to apply the lashes (the best product for sensitive eyes).
WAX
“It hurt way more than I expected.”
Waxing can hurt somewhat, but it shouldn’t be extremely painful. If you feel intense, disorienting wax, pain, you probably need to say good-bye to your current wax person.
I am fully licensed and trained in providing clean, fast, and comfortable wax services. I use both hard and soft wax to cater to sensitive skin.

BROWS
Microshading / Ombre Powder Brows (3 hrs)
This service is for you if you want full, thick brows that last up to 2 years with occasional touch-ups. We create a map of that perfect brow on your face and then use a special machine to fill in the mapped brow with pigment ink dots that match your hair color.

Brow Lamination (1 hr 15m)
With this service, we first laminate your brows (lamination is like a perm for your brows that softens and straightens the hair to make it easier to work with). Then, we shape them, wax off excess hair, and add a tint for beautiful, thick brows. Lasts 6-8 weeks.

Brow Wax + Tint (45 m)
We define and enhance your brows by dying your brows with a tint to match your hair color and removing excess hair with waxing. Beautiful brows in under an hour that lasts up to 10 days on skin and 6 weeks on hair.

Volume Shimmer Set (2hrs 30m)
Up to 5 lash extensions applied to each natural lash for a bold, thick, and dramatic look. We recommend coming in for refills every 2-3 weeks.

Lash Lift + Tint (1 hr)
This service is great if you want a super natural look with low maintenance. We apply a special, eye-safe solution to your lashes to “lift” and curl your lashes. Then, we add a tint to the lashes, like mascara that lasts several weeks.

WAX
Brazilian Wax (30m)
Stop shaving down there once and for all with our most popular wax service. Our waxing technique is fast, clean, and you can even choose to include a soothing vajacial (exfoliating treatment and hydro jelly mask). Skin that’s unbelievably soft and smooth for weeks on end.

Classic Facial (1 hr)
Get beautiful, glowing skin with double-cleansing, exfoliation, extraction (clearing up clogged pores), mask, moisturizer, and sunscreen (SPF). We recommend getting this treatment once every 4-6 weeks.

Shimmer N Shine Facial (1 hr)
This includes everything in the Classic Facial with the add-on of a dermaplaning treatment. We use a specialized blade to remove peach fuzz and scrape off the top layer of dead skin (and reveal the bright, glowing skin underneath).

The story of Shimmer N Shine by LC
From my past work in the beauty industry to Girl Scouts and working as a church volunteer, making others feel good about themselves has always been what makes me feel good. Just putting a smile on someone else’s face is everything to me.

I love running a business that allows me to be my best self and to help others do the same. My favorite part of being an esthetician is meeting new people and just hearing their stories. I honestly feel that instilling confidence in others is what I’m called to do.
